Born to merchants Beefy Bill Bufannon and (the late) Chamomile Kimberly Casken Bufannon in Lumbridge. The two would each take a season to cart around Misthalin and Kandarin to vend their wares, leaving Eloise with the other parent to look after her, but her mom died at a very young age, and without her mother to care for her during Bill’s business trips, she would be left to the Wilkes family for some parts of the year. Maggie the witch would cart over to Lumbridge on occasion, and vend her magical wares. Eloise took interest in magic from her after assisting with making her goulash, and introduced it to Jokandin (then Fisher), pushing him to apply with her to the Mage Training Arena in one of their programs, her choosing the rune guardian program inspired from some of Maggie’s trinkets. There, she met Khailin, and would hit it off with him. Fisher would briefly leave after a year to investigate Kandarin for personal reasons. Did some questing during seasonal breaks. Met Taliessin when she visited with (now) Jokandin, the pair of whom helped solve a predicament while at the institute. Taliessin would introduce certain metals to her, one of which ended up being Stormguard Steel, which she would trace back to Ikov, and find remnants of golems and a wingsuit, adapting her rune guardian expertise to both, and further look into Armadylean golems after the battle between Armadyl and Bandos. Participated in the events of The World Wakes, some of Plague’s End, and later the Elder God Wars. Marries Khailin afterwards and establishes the fort at the Grieving Vale as Duchess and Duke.
