Although she doesn’t act like it, Neo is a god from a different realm- Unuirist. She was effectively isekaied into Gielinor, and was taken in by Zamorak and sees him as a father, and sees Geaffry as her brother. A notorious troublemaker and hates authority, due to this she hates being authoritative herself.
5’2 (usually, she can shapeshift to be taller but chooses not to) She’s fairly lanky, and her most notable scar is a right above her collarbone where she was stabbed (albeit not often shown). She used to be deaf from being revived, however gained back her hearing over time, and often still uses sign language out of habit.
Heathen, scoundrel, feral, and arsonist. She is always full of energy, and ready to fight anything and everything that moves. Incredibly stubborn, and will do everything she can to get what she wants. She’s not allowed around any kind of nobility or royalty else they will be killed on site. She is also deathly afraid of the ocean.
She mainly uses magic(usually wands, never staves because she always breaks them), bows, and molotov cocktails.
Back at her home realm, she was despised by her father for being weak and he murdered her by stabbing her in the throat. Pandria managed to find a way to revive her, however she wouldn’t know where neo ended up until millenia later. Neo was in a bad state and was eventually found by Zamorak, and was kept a secret for a while (alongside Geaffry) while she recovered. Though they were eventually found out, Zaros was intrigued by them, so he allowed them to continue living under the empire.
