Overview

Jance Jitters is the excitable and chaotic jester of Queen Ellamaria. Those two are like two peas in a pod, to the dismay of king Roland

Personality:

Jance is a devious, but playful jester. She lies like a rug, and is for the most part only loyal to the Phoenix Gang. (At least at first) Being a spy for both Ellemaria AND the phoenix gang, she's the most paranoid untrusting person you'll meet in the castle.

Weapons:

Abyssal Wand / Orb: Will almost always use fire-based magic spells.  

Key Relationships

• Nelle: Nelle and Jance used to live at the same foster home in Ashdale, they were both coincidently adopted by families in the same neighborhood, becoming inseparable as kids. Around their teens they slowly grew apart as Jance (with out Nelle's knowledge) started getting more involved with the Phoenix gang and had less time to hang out.
  Straven: Leader of the Phoenix Gang, Jance looks up to him almost like a father figure. Jance trained hard to become a performer in order to land the Jester position in order to spy on the crown and leak information to keep Straven above the Black Arm Gang.
  Queen Ellamaria: Through out the years she slipped her way into working for the palace through her impressive performance arts. She's now Ellamaria's jester, but she eventually started to genuinly enjoy the job and her strangly casual friendship that bloomed with the Queen. She even starts to feel bad about feeding Straven information.
  Reldo/Charos: Totally knows Jance is a spy for the Phoenix Gang. How'd he figure it out? He won't say.

Backstory

Jance grew up in the slums of Varrock with Nelle. Those two and a group of other kids kept each other's backs when their parents weren't around or food got tight. Although over the years, Jance engages with the Phoenix Gang and Nelle takes up more... *ahem* legal jobs... So they slowly drifted apart. Jance was essentially raised by the gang and caught the attention of Straven when she proved she was a rather nimble and reliable spy. He provided her the resources to learn magic via the Zamorakian mages, and she became rather proficient at specifically fire related magic. While performing parlor tricks on the side for extra cash. Eventually though, she turned those parlor tricks into straight up performances and scored the position of the Queen's jester! (Maybe after the gang performed a little jester-cide.)

Fun Facts

• Accompanies Nelle in the Garen of Tranquillity quest. Especially useful when stealing the statue of Saradomin.
• Learned how to perform mostly for fun at first. But after telling she joined the Phoenix gang she used her acrobatics and pyromancy for more... illegal purposes~ And spying!
